Mindseye (The Story of Ronald Phelps)

Ronald Phelps, born August 6th 1926 was a courageous and intuitive fighter pilot. During, WW2 he was the best this country had. Folklore has it that during a secret mission, his plane electrics failed causing him to crash land. Stranded on an island, Ronald made one of the most important discoveries of the 20th Century and with that, the way law operates in society was changed forever. This is the story of Ronald Phelps.
